What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but also our patients.We understand that life happens. If cancellation or rebooking is necessary, we kindly ask that you call or email at least 24 hours in advance. You can reply to the confirmation or reminder email or call us and leave a message if necessary. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
